Arashi Tenjoukai (天上界 あらし Tenjōkai Arashi) is a latecomer Cure in Imperial Regalia Pretty Cure. His alter ego is Cure Sea (キュアシー Kyua Shī), the emissary of the Great God Susano'o.
Appearance[]
Arashi is a well-built 16-year-old boy with matcha green hair and sea green eyes, though they usually appear to be closed. His hair is messy, shoulder length with his bangs normally pulled back into a high ponytail, with blue hairpins stuck in them. He has tanned olive skin, due to his nature of always being out in the sun.
He wears the Mikoto Academy boys' uniform. During the winter season, he wears the yellow cardigan over a white button-up shirt that's tucked into the black school pants. During the summer season, he wears a white button-up t-shirt with black suspenders over it, clasped onto black knee-high shorts with silver clasps.
His casual attire is a black short sleeve t-shirt with teal accents that ends just above his waist, wearing a sleeveless dark green jacket vest wit a white hood over it. He wears a variety of green bracelets on both of his wrists, as well as an anklet on his left leg, made of seaglass and malachite. Additionally, he wears a black choker around his neck.
As Cure Sea, Arashi's hair grows slightly longer and is tied into a messy half-bun, changing into a bright seafoam green color that fades into a darker green. His eyes become a dark green color, while also gaining sharp eyeliner wings and green eyeshadow on top of red bottom eyeliner. In his bun he wears a dark green comb stylized as a wave with golden foam. In addition to this are two hair pins, one smaller and one bigger, where the bigger one holds Arashi's Marine Bead in place with a small wing, with a green string hanging from it. He wears a kimono-esque outfit, with his bottom two shirt layers being completely white, while a sash of black color with gold on the top and bottom of it wraps around his waist. Tied around the sash is a green string connected to a golden shell, two strings of green hanging from it. He wears a long green cloak with golden wave accents on it, the ends of the sleeves being frilly. On the back of his sash is a white ribbon that ends at his feet, fading into a dark green, with white frills on the end. In the middle of the front of the top, two puffs of white are connected by a loose white string across his chest, with a string of green connected to a white jade ring hanging from each ball of fluff. He wears sheer black gloves that attach to a golden ring on his middle fingers, going up half up his forearms. He wears a long dark green pleated skirt with white frilly trimming that ends at his ankles, as well as knee-high white socks with black geta sandals with green colored strings.

Cure Sea (キュアシー Kyua Shī) is Arashi's Pretty Cure alter ego. As long as Arashi has his Mirror of Truth and Marine Bead, he is able to transform by himself.

Relationships[]
Amari Tendou: A student from the class next door to Arashi's and a fellow Pretty Cure. He thinks she's pretty comedic and funny. Although Amari kept trying to get him to call her "Tendou-senpai", he didn't get why, considering both of them were in the same year, which didn't really necessitate the formalities in the first place. He calls her Amari-chan instead.
Tsukihiko Myou: A senior Pretty Cure and senior student at school, however Arashi treats him pretty relaxed and overly familiar, even before properly befriending him after becoming a Pretty Cure. He does however still call him Myou-senpai.
Etymology[]
Tenjoukai (天上界): Ten (天) is "heaven", while jou (上) is "above", and sakai (界) is "kingdom". Together, Tenjoukai means "heavenly kingdom".
Arashi (あらし): Arashi (嵐) means "storm".
Cure Sea: Derived from the fact that Susano'o is the god of the sea and storms in Shinto mythology, as Arashi as Cure Sea borrows power from Susano'o herself.
Trivia[]
- When Imperial Regalia Pretty Cure was still Regalia PreCure!, Arashi was originally Nanami Kaname, a 15-year-old girl who was raised as a boy to be the family's next heir as no real son had been produced, with the alter ego of Cure Susanoo instead of Cure Sea.
