I've been wanting to do one of these for a while :)
So, I will be doing an art lottery! What is an art lottery, you ask? Well, it's where you all give me pics of your OCs, I give you a number, and we see who wins!
- YOU MAY ONLY ENTER ONCE! If you try to enter twice, you will be disqualified.
- I would like a picture, but a description is fine. Dollmakers are allowed.
- No fighting or badmouthing in the comments. Enough said.
